("Shionogi"; Head Office: Chuo-ku, Osaka; Chairman, President & CEO: Isao Teshirogi), NTT DATA Japan Corporation ("NTT DATA"; Head Office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yutaka Sasaki), NTT DATA KANSAI CORPORATION (Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Yoshihiro Saito; hereinafter "NTT DATA KANSAI") and QUNIE(headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shigeki Yamaguchi; hereinafter "QUNIE") today announced a joint development of a "DTx Distribution Platform" (hereinafter "the Platform") to promote Digital Therapeutics services (hereinafter "DTx*") that provide treatment via mobile applications and other means.
