QUNIE launches Marketing Leadership Support Service
-Supporting marketing cost optimization and ROI improvement through in-house initiatives-
Tokyo, Japan – February 14, 2024 –The Japanese consultancy firm, QUNIE (NTT DATA Group; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shigeki Yamaguchi; company referred to as QUNIE), today started offering a "Marketing Leadership Support Service" mainly for BtoC manufacturers.
This service is developed based on the knowledge gained from QUNIE's previous support in business reform, DX, and organizational reform in the marketing and sales field to help companies strengthen their marketing capabilities (organizational capacity). The service enables companies to enhance their “self-led” capabilities in handling the core tasks of the marketing department (marketing leadership), such as the sophistication of their marketing operations including retail media support in line with the progress of digitalization. Consequently, improvements in "outsourcing cost optimization" and “accuracy of marketing initiatives” can be expected, contributing to the improved marketing ROI (return on investment).

Ekoda Metaverse Innovation by Nihon University College of Art Students to kick off Research on the creation of a "New Town" through the fusion of art and metaverse
-Displaying the charm of college town in metaverse from students' perspective -
Tokyo, Japan – January 15, 2024 – Nihon University College of Art (Location: Nerima-ku, Tokyo; Dean: Hiroshi Kawakami; hereinafter referred to as "NICHIGEI"), Japan Information Processing Service Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidenori Kayahara), Urth Inc. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroki Tanaka), nrc architecture & design office Inc. (Head Office: Sumida-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hajime Tsuruta; hereinafter "NRC"), and QUNIE CORPORATION (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Shigeki Yamaguchi; hereinafter "QUNIE") have jointly launched the "Ekoda Metaverse Innovation Project" by NICHIGEI students.
In this project, with a goal of sharing the attractions of Ekoda where the NICHIGEI campus is located, students will discover and define charms of the town from their own unique perspectives and recreate it in the metaverse using art and design. The students will take the initiative in the overall planning and conception of the project while participating companies will support students by providing advice based on their expertise in the metaverse and architecture.
Starting in February, the special website "Hacha Meta By NICHIGEI" will showcase the art and design approaches of NICHIGEI students, the process of constructing the town using the metaverse technology, and the completed metaverse works. In addition, sketches and objects will be exhibited at the "Nihon University College of Art A&D Gallery" from late March 2024 onward.

QUNIE announces continuation of charity program "One Click for Smile"
-Donations to be made to 24 organizations over 12 months-
Tokyo, Japan – January 9, 2024 –The Japanese consultancy firm, QUNIE (NTT DATA Group; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shigeki Yamaguchi; company referred to as QUNIE) will continue its original charity program "One Click for Smile" in 2024.
The initiative marks fifth year as a stakeholder-participatory program, in which donations are made to a different charity organization each month. Participants can join by simply accessing the special website from their PC or smartphone and click on the "Give Support" button to show their support for the initiative. QUNIE will donate 100 yen for each click received to make a monthly donation to designated charity organizations.

QUNIE supported the Supply Chain Management Transformation for Ajinomoto Thailand

First in Japan to establish CO2 Emissions Calculation Rules for decarbonization in the software sector -Participation in METI’s FY2023 Carbon Footprint Product
-Specific Calculation Rules Development Support to Promote GX Implementation-
Tokyo, Japan – August 10, 2023 –The Japanese consultancy firm, QUNIE (NTT DATA Group; Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Shigeki Yamaguchi) today announced plans to participate in the FY2023 Carbon Footprint Product-Specific Calculation Rules Development Support to Promote GX Implementation project" publicly solicited by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, together with Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, NTT DATA Group Corporation, NTT Advanced Technology Corporation, NTT TechnoCross Corporation, NTT COMWARE CORPORATION, Hitachi, Ltd, NEC Corporation, and Fujitsu Limited.
With an aim to promote decarbonization efforts in the software sector, which has primarily focused on hardware sector in the past, this project is designed to establish Japan’s first carbon footprint calculation rules for software, and to promote the visualization of CO2 emissions from software under the standardized calculation rules. Another goal is to contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions throughout the global supply chain.

QUNIE conducts a survey on recognition of Digital Assets
-Commissioned by Japan Security Token Association for research and analysis targeting general investors-
Tokyo, Japan – July 14, 2023 – The Japanese consultancy firm, QUNIE (NTT DATA Group; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shigeki Yamaguchi; company referred to as QUNIE ) was commissioned by the Japan Security Token Association (hereinafter referred to as "JSTA") to conduct a "Survey on Recognition of Digital Assets". The report was published on the JSTA website today.
As part of activities related to the application and dissemination of security tokens (STs), this survey aims to understand and analyze general investors' attitudes toward digital assets such as STs and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The report summarizes the different segments of the public that are familiar with each digital asset and the activities that are important for the dissemination of digital assets.
